Only Sammy is so paranoid that he doesn’t believe what they tell him because they speak well of him. Spoiler time! In this chapter, we have a theme with a ruler disguising himself as a peasant to find out what the people say about him. With the l iterally previous Ink Demonth theme, I mentioned that I have two chapters where Sammy thinks people hate him. The Ink Demonth Bendy and the Ink Machine Samdy Kids BATIM Sammy Bendy Ink Bendy Ink Demon Sammy Jr Henry Jr Bendy Jr triplets Edgar Striker Charley Piper Barley Fisher Butcher Gang Alice's Minions Boris Ink People It was only during the scan that I realized that the building you see on the left shouldn’t have a turret - it’s Bendy and Sammy’s future house (the one they are moving to in The Move 3 chapter) and it doesn’t have a second floor… But I left it here. Maybe after finishing the Ink Demonth challenge, I will be tempted to do so. I drew it for a long time, worked on it for a long time - that’s why I don’t start colouring it anymore. (Yes, Ben doesn’t like ink people and is angry that they returned to the Workshop.) In a moment, Bendy Jr will deliver his best line saying “I told you to kick everyone out of here when it was time”. So Sammy decided to find him whole-day-care. He’s more angry about what Sammy will say later… And in general, the whole plot of this chapter is based on the fact that Bendy’s second pregnancy is different from the previous one - Bendy has pains, fainting and generally more feminine behavior, which is a bit confusing for him and for everyone around him. He and Sammy planned to announce it to the Workshop. In case you’re wondering if Bendy is pissed off by that speech - then no, he isn’t. It would be a nice twist plot if I hadn’t given you spoilers earlier that already revealed that triplets aren’t the only children of Bendy and Sammy. The Ink Demonth Bendy and the Ink Machine BATIM Samdy Kids Sammy Barman Ink People Bendy, together with his children and all the toons (Borises, members of the Butcher Gang), are forced to stay in the Workshop - which, however, doesn’t turn out to be a bad thing, when Sammy returns to his family and begins to build New Workshop, an utopian underground country where everyone can live peacefully and happily. The plot of “Samdy Kids” takes place after Joey’s death and the release of all the people from the Workshop. It’s a strange change from Barman’s point of view, but he’s very good at his job, so he quickly gets over it.
Everyone drinks as much as they want, of course when they have free time, not at work. In the new Workshop, where all people have to work anyway or they are kick out - there is no concept of currency or prices. Usually it was garbage, the more rare, the more cups of ink. Let me remind you: in times of the curse and the duration of the cycles, everyone who wanted a drink (except Bendy and Sammy) had to pay a fee. Nevertheless - this scene takes place right after Barman takes his place in the Workshop again. This chapter is located somewhere in the middle of the 1st volume of Samdy Kids - but it stretches chronologically from the beginning of the New Workshop (from which I present the scene above) to certain events that have shaken Sammy’s worldview and put before him to a serious and hard quest.
